Purpose: To introduce and practice the Community ICT Planning Game created by the International Organisation "Making The Net Work"

Participants and guests from Making The Net Work (Ms Terry Grunwald and Mr David Wilcox) will be welcomed by representatives of the St Lukes Church community.

1:00pm Lunch
An opportunity for an informal catch-up. 

1:45pm Where are we up to?

  • South Waikato District Broadband Wireless network
  • Government Strategy to close the digital divide
  • Development ideas from South Waikato
  • The structure for taking things forward

2:05pm The purpose of this session

  • Building on the ideas to date
  • Getting community sign up and ideas from them
  • Playing the planning games

2:10pm Making the Net Work Routemap

Terry and David from "Making The Net Work" (MTNW) will outline:

  • An overview of the MTNW routemap
  • Where the planning game fits in
  • How the game works

2:25pm The Planning Game Workshop

4:00pm Review of the Game

Your opportunity to provide your comments to Terry & David about the "Making The Net Work" game.
